General Policies

  • What are the age requirements for participation?
    There is no age limit for dolphin ride. However, some high-adventure activities may have a higher age requirement. Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign a waiver.
  • Do I need to sign a waiver?
    Yes, all participants are required to sign a waiver before engaging in any watersport activity. This is to ensure your safety and to acknowledge the risks involved.
  • Are life jackets and safety gear provided?
    Absolutely! We provide all necessary safety equipment, including life jackets, helmets, and any other gear required for each activity. Our equipment is regularly inspected and maintained to ensure the highest safety standards.
  • What is your policy on late arrivals?
    We ask that all guests arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time for check-in and preparation. Unfortunately, late arrivals may not be accommodated if the activity has already started, and refunds will not be provided.

Payment Policies

  • What is the cancellation policy?
    We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity.
  • What if the weather is bad on the day of my booking?
    Your safety is our priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, we will cancel or reschedule the activity at no additional cost. We also offer a full refund if the activity cannot be rescheduled.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI and net banking for online booking. Offline booking requires cash payments. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
  • Do you offer group discounts?
    Yes, we offer group discounts for parties of 10 or more. Please contact us directly for more information on group rates and to make a booking.
